This magnificent gîte in the Dordogne is a haven of peace! Franck and Bruno are two welcoming hosts, attentive and with a refined discretion in their image! The cottage is decorated with exquisite taste with high-end equipment. The swimming pool is superb and maintained with great care. 5*! We loved our stay.
Absolute calm...
We particularly appreciated the silence, conducive to relaxation and rest. The heatwave period was very well experienced thanks to the swimming pool which refreshed us and allowed us to have fun without feeling the 41° in the shade (therefore much higher in full sun). The relative freshness of the house and the fans available in the rooms were very appreciated. Gites very well located for visiting the many caves, castles and wine routes in the region. Our host was extremely kind and his discreet presence ensured we had a perfect stay. Thanks to Franck for his dedication and kindness as well as for the cake and cold drinks that welcomed us.
Très agréable week-end passé entre amis aux Grandes de Savignac. Le cadre est magnifique, le gîte est confortable et très agréable (petite pensée pour le jacuzzi face à la nature) et l'accueil chaleureux ! Je recommande ☺️

We had an excellent stay in Franck and Bruno's gîte. The friendly welcome immerses you directly into your vacation. The cottage is perfect, clean, functional, pleasant, spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool (10 m by 5 m!) is very pleasant and equipped with deckchairs and relaxation chairs. We relaxed in the tranquility of the small village of Savignac de Miremont. We recommend this gîte to families which can accommodate parents and children in excellent conditions. If you had the slightest problem, Franck and Bruno would make it their duty to resolve it. We warmly thank them for their kindness, their welcome and the quality of the place they offer for rental. There are quite a few things to visit around the lodge. For sure, we will try to come back.
We had an excellent week in Savignac. Isolated house in a hamlet, overlooked by trees and a meadow. Superb swimming pool, extremely pleasant during heat waves. Visits to Périgord are close by... without forgetting the discreet but very warm welcome from the owners. A real favorite.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le gîte Les Érables. Une vue magnifique sur la nature depuis la terrasse, le chant des oiseaux le matin, c’est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer ! Merci encore pour ce bel accueil, je recommande à 100% !!

Nous revenons tout juste d'un séjour de 10 jours dans cette propriété. La propriété a répondu à toutes nos attentes - c'est un charmant gîte traditionnel avec tout le confort moderne et prévu pour un séjour relaxant et confortable. Les propriétaires étaient très serviables et la bouteille de vin à l'arrivée était une délicate attention. Savignac est très proche de certaines des principales attractions de la Dordogne et la plupart des autres sont à 45 minutes en voiture, il y a donc beaucoup à voir et à faire.
We only stayed for a weekend but it was perfect! Franck and Bruno are adorable, accommodating, the house is large, very pleasant, the exterior is great... Go there with your eyes closed if you are looking for calm and proximity to lots of great places!
Great welcome from the owners on arrival who kept in contact with us prior to our visit which was very reassuring. Property was well equipped with everything required. The pool was amazing and the water so well maintained by an automatic cleaner and it also had an alarm system if one had children. The old world charm of the Gite was everything we could have hoped for. The location was perfect for visiting local historical attractions and the beautiful nearby towns such as Le Bugue. Franck and Bruno were always available to help if required. This was our fourteenth visit to France and we would highly recommend this accommodation.
